Bought a 2019 Subaru WRX on 09/27/2024. That same night, I got pulled over coming home from the gym for a taillight and brake light out. The ABS light and hill assist lights were also on as well as a crack in the windshield (the crack was my fault for overlooking, but I was told they would fix that too). I drove it back on 09/28/2024 to get it in service and found out that 6th gear would slip into neutral while I was on the highway. I was told It would be repaired and ready by Thursday, 10/03/2024. That turned into Friday, 10/04/2024. I called around 5pm that day and was told it was looking more like Monday, 10/07/2024. I drove up there after work that Monday only to talk to the service manager and find out my car had not even been looked at over the 10 day period they had it. They finally got it in and looked at it before I left the dealership. I text the service manager 10/08/2024 to ask about an update for parts and no answer so I called the GM of sales who said he was unaware of everything (which I find weird since I was given a 2024 tiguan as a loaner...so who signed off on that?) And got me an answer that my parts had been ordered. I called today 10/10/2024 to try and see where parts are, and the service manager was atleast able to give me a timeframe on parts and completion, which is looking like 10/16/2024. Any other person would have completely lost their cool over this, but I've managed to stay relatively calm this whole time. That said, when you sale someone a bum vehicle that they have to immediately return for some fairly serious issues, you'd think that would take precedence over other regular services (unless they've sold other bum vehicles as of late). I also have not heard from my sales rep, Orenzo, since 10/04/2024. I will update this review and the rating after they not only do their bare minimum of giving my the car I bought issue free, but maybe rework the numbers in my contract to where I can get the payments I originally wanted (not talking about my apr, i plan to refinance later on, but just the payments id originally wanted to be in) as well as get my money down back...you know, since I did get a ticket that I now have to pay for because of previously existing issues in the car that I wasn't made aware of... My new 2024 Tiguan SEL R-Line is big change from previous car trailhawk Jeep. Similar is price for new and old car. Tiguan is lighter easier to maneuver. Has better get up and go as not delayed when pushing car trailhawk Jeep. Similar is price for new and old car. Tiguan is lighter easier to maneuver. Has better get up and go as not delayed when pushing foot on gas pedal. Just set the tire pressure at complimentary first servicing which warning signal will notify me to get air in tires. People were friendly and helped me to set up garage door opener and went thru questions on computer usage. Friendly intelligent people and good product to work with. Back seat has nice space for grown people! I am happy with my selection. More
