VERY UNHAPPY If I could give them a zero rating I would. Do not buy from these people. They do not keep their promises and falsely inform you about their services. We live about 36 miles from Onion C Do not buy from these people. They do not keep their promises and falsely inform you about their services. We live about 36 miles from Onion Creek VW. That trip through rush hour traffic takes us about 1 hr. We bought an auto there and then purchased an extended warranty from them too. They promised us that the extended warranty could be used anywhere – otherwise we would not have bought it. We had occasion to use the warranty about 8 months after purchasing the car. We were told we have to bring it to Onion Creek VW for any repairs under this extended warranty. We called Onion Creek VW to complain about the situation and were told we’d have to speak to someone in the Finance Dept. We called 3 or 4 times and were promised each time that someone from the Finance Dept. would call us back to help resolve this situation. We never got called back. Every time we called them it felt like they were just blowing us off. More

Daniel Fritz Local Guide·30 reviews·12 photos 25 minutes ago New STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Without going into full details of entire ordeal involving multiple experiences with my VW Jetta GLI here spanning over 2 months combined time in shop and over $13k spent with a vehicle still throwing codes and leaking oil, here are the important notes: First off they are going to keep your vehicle 5-10 days before even looking at it... They are going to throw parts at vehicle marked up 40% over OEM VW MSRP online listed prices then give it back without test driving or confirming repairs have fixed your issue, so you will most likely be back if it's anything more than an oil change. Also will not honor warranty on original work, even if it was directly related to repairs. The service team from management to reps are completely unprofessional, and do not care how long you are without your vehicle... If the service rep takes a day off or multiple days off, you also get that added to your wait time as they do not pass the ball regardless if repair has happened or not. The rep will also tell you they were "off" or "left early" (lol) and this could be a Friday meaning you got pushed to Monday. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Also attempted to add "shop fees" and kept the diagnostic fee of $199 to the total bill that was $300+ more than the estimate signed online to approve repairs, so had to confront manager and rep to remove it before paying. High turnover rate here and careless reps, "new management" does not know how to run a service department and will speak and behave disrespectfully if you bring up the deceptive pricing, poor comm More
I had the worst experience at this dealership with the service, they broke my car and I know that for sure because they were the last ones to open my hood in front of me, I left my car with them and they service, they broke my car and I know that for sure because they were the last ones to open my hood in front of me, I left my car with them and they said we didn’t touch your car and I was going to open my hood and it’s when I saw the handle broke. They just wash their hands and they want to charge me 200 dollars to diagnostic what they broke. More

The ABS light and hill assist lights were also on as well as a crack in the windshield (the crack was my fault for overlooking, but I was told they would fix that too). I drove it back on 09/28/2024 to get it in service and found out that 6th gear would slip into neutral while I was on the highway. I was told It would be repaired and ready by Thursday, 10/03/2024. That turned into Friday, 10/04/2024. I called around 5pm that day and was told it was looking more like Monday, 10/07/2024. I drove up there after work that Monday only to talk to the service manager and find out my car had not even been looked at over the 10 day period they had it. They finally got it in and looked at it before I left the dealership. I text the service manager 10/08/2024 to ask about an update for parts and no answer so I called the GM of sales who said he was unaware of everything (which I find weird since I was given a 2024 tiguan as a loaner...so who signed off on that?) And got me an answer that my parts had been ordered. I called today 10/10/2024 to try and see where parts are, and the service manager was atleast able to give me a timeframe on parts and completion, which is looking like 10/16/2024. Any other person would have completely lost their cool over this, but I've managed to stay relatively calm this whole time. That said, when you sale someone a bum vehicle that they have to immediately return for some fairly serious issues, you'd think that would take precedence over other regular services (unless they've sold other bum vehicles as of late). I also have not heard from my sales rep, Orenzo, since 10/04/2024. I will update this review and the rating after they not only do their bare minimum of giving my the car I bought issue free, but maybe rework the numbers in my contract to where I can get the payments I originally wanted (not talking about my apr, i plan to refinance later on, but just the payments id originally wanted to be in) as well as get my money down back...you know, since I did get a ticket that I now have to pay for because of previously existing issues in the car that I wasn't made aware of...
