Poor communication Genevieve at the service counter was great. She was very responsive when I asked about the status of my car. However, other than her, communication wa Genevieve at the service counter was great. She was very responsive when I asked about the status of my car. However, other than her, communication was non-existent which was especially frustrating because the service took over 3 times longer than I was originally told. Both the delay and the lack of updates are completely unacceptable. I understand that sometimes things can happen but you should have enough experience as a business to be better at estimating service times and you should absolutely be better at communicating with your customers.
