The only reason we are giving the dealership 4 stars is due to the signing process. It is unreasonable to ask clients to review the contract on a cell phone. It's too hard to read and overall very cumbersome. If this were my first car purchase, I don't think I'd have signed anything on my cell since I could barely read it. Supply your sales staff with tablets or laptops to make it easier for the client. More
