Made an appointment with the Service Writer Hubert last week ( he took care of the appointment) for the noise coming from the AC fan. He wrote up my paper work for diagnostic, had the mechanic worked on it week ( he took care of the appointment) for the noise coming from the AC fan. He wrote up my paper work for diagnostic, had the mechanic worked on it. He told me that the fan motor bearing is bad and is under warranty and have to order the part and will contact me for appointment to replace the fan motor. Hubert was very informative, and clear transparent, will follow up to make appointment to replace the part. He is very very good at communicate with me and keep me inform. Very professional. have an option for loaner car if the service time is more than 2 hours or have drop off/Pick up service. Thanks! More
