All appointments start on time and finish when promised. Staff all knowledgeable, courteous and no pressure. Prices are very fair and even better with their specials and coupons . Waiting area is spacious with fast WiFi, lots of outlets, comfortable chairs, workstations. Coffee is fresh ground made to order, loved this. Technology is great! Txts messages keeping you up to date with progress. Full digital readout with summary of entire appointment. Video tour of thee underside of your car, pictures of all items inspected. I feel so confident about my car whenever I leave. More
