I tried to schedule a oil change and tire rotation on line the third time it said they would call me Back to verify the scheduled time two days latter my wife called them back to schedule the oil change line the third time it said they would call me Back to verify the scheduled time two days latter my wife called them back to schedule the oil change the ad said there was a $79.99 special for up to six quarts of oil and tire rotation didn't get that either what a joke won't go back this the second time this happened two strikes and there out . Brought car in for front collision problem . Service technician found nothing wrong. I had system turned off when I bought vehicle in as i told service teck it was very dangerous. Guess what they Service technician found nothing wrong. I had system turned off when I bought vehicle in as i told service teck it was very dangerous. Guess what they turned it back on and yesterday it locked up the brakes again and I have a video of it as I’am driving down the street . Then i mentioned that alarm was going off only when dog was in car. Explained that i shut if off when dog is in car and that takes care of the problem.. Yes the bill had change for checking out alarm that I found the problem.Olympic charged me 280 dollars for a car that was under warranty.I also stated the car was under warranty and if I would have been informed there I would have taken it to a Cadillac dealer. Alex in the service department was great to work with, I was from out of state when I had an oil line issue. I left the truck out there and had i towed to Olympic. She took care of everything over the phone was from out of state when I had an oil line issue. I left the truck out there and had i towed to Olympic. She took care of everything over the phone and had my truck ready in a timely matter. Highly recommend. More
