First Time Car Buyer! I had the pleasure of working with Bill Lucas. I only have praises to sing about my experience. As a first time buyer I mentioned I would need to take the bus, Bill went above and beyond and picked me up in the car I was interested in buying. After a test drive to the dealership and help signing up for car insurance I was on my way to purchasing a new vehicle. Bill was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain each detail and answer all of my questions. He even offered me delicious coffee. When it was time to work with finance I was greeted by Sean who very well dressed. He guided me through the final signing process and took my down payment. He was hilarious! We had a great time talking while taking care of business. At the close Bill guided me to my new vehicle and gave me a stainless steel coffee mug, welcoming me to the Nissan family. I felt well treated and taken care of, they worked with me to get the best deal and it was a wonderful experience. I would absolutely work with Bill and Sean again and I highly recommend Olympia Nissan! More

My Juke I went with a friend to support her buying of a mini that we saw one line and I found the 2012 juke. I had a great experience ....nice sales guy..nic I went with a friend to support her buying of a mini that we saw one line and I found the 2012 juke. I had a great experience ....nice sales guy..nice finanance guy I purchased the extended warranty as as did my friend based on what the finance guy said ....coverage on almost the entire car for $50 deductible....if this rings true then my review will be that this was an incredible experience. ....if extended want pans out over all would change to 5 star.....time will tell Lori lindstrom More
