Super quick and honest repair My Titan would not start the other morning. Had it towed to Olympia Nissan. The "BEST"! I called in afternoon to ask a few questions about a new car. Bill Lucas answered all my questions, no pressure. Went up that afternoon, met Bill and found that he had pulled the car we were thinking about and had it sitting right there for us to look at. He explained all the new bells and whistles on it and off we went on a test drive. Came back, sat down, knew what we needed for our trade-in, he explained...we explained...No stress, bought a 2016 Rogue. Bill could not have been any nicer, so respectful, thoughtful and understanding. He went over everything! What a positive experience! Mike Abbott had us in and out of the finance dept. in minutes.
