Kevin Reineke, gives the extra step Although I had been considering replacing my vehicle for a couple years, that was not on my mind when I went to have a problem checked on my 2005 van. Although I had been considering replacing my vehicle for a couple years, that was not on my mind when I went to have a problem checked on my 2005 van. Since I was there, however, I thought it wouldn't hurt to see what Kevin would suggest, (Kevin had been suggested by my son and daughter-in-law as he had been most helpful to them in the past) Kevin did everything he could to get a lease payment that would fit my budget for the Chrysler Pacific we had taken for a test drive. I came back in a couple hours and Kevin patiently went through everything I needed to get started with all the new "stuff" on my new vehicle. I had to go back the following day to drop off the second set of keys for the old van and again, he very willingly helped with something I had forgotten. Also, sincerely reminded me he would be available for any additional help I needed with the vehicle in the future. Thank you, Kevin! More
