Since I was there, however, I thought it wouldn't hurt to see what Kevin would suggest, (Kevin had been suggested by my son and daughter-in-law as he had been most helpful to them in the past) Kevin did everything he could to get a lease payment that would fit my budget for the Chrysler Pacific we had taken for a test drive. I came back in a couple hours and Kevin patiently went through everything I needed to get started with all the new "stuff" on my new vehicle. I had to go back the following day to drop off the second set of keys for the old van and again, he very willingly helped with something I had forgotten. Also, sincerely reminded me he would be available for any additional help I needed with the vehicle in the future. Thank you, Kevin! More

Making things right. Originally the dealership had made a mistake and sold a vehicle on us. How ever they made things right by helping find the right vehicle for us. The folks there really did a great job at making the best of the situation. They really went the extra mile to make us as a customer happy. Terrible service After purchasing a vehicle from them. It didn't make it 30 miles before check engine light came on. Contacted dealership a minimum of 10 times and every time everyone was so busy they forgot to return my call. So I sat with a broken vehicle for a week with no support. I finally became upset enough that I decided to just wash my hands of them and brought it to a local mechanic. I've owned it for 3 weeks and stuck hundreds of dollars into repairing it. I will never recommend this dealership based on how unimportant my business is. More
