Thank you for the response Valerie. My issue was with the Lithia group and partially resolved. I finally got my second key after going to the dealership in person. It’d be nice to be refunded the truck payment I had to make while they messed up my new vehicle paperwork. I won’t get my hopes up but I do appreciate your response
