I have bought 2 of my last 3 cars here. I am very happy with the cars and my experience was excellent. More importantly they kept their word in a deal that ended up working to my advantage due to a mistake on their part (the mistake was caught early enough that they could have gotten out of it). I would highly recommend them when looking for a used car. More

The staff will act real frendly at first. But they are not to be trusted they will lie to your face and screw you over. I was taken for a ride when I bought a used suv there. But they had me sign a promasery note knowing i only had $5200.00 to put down. And the salesman said he would fill it out and after i sighned it he Added $300 to the price. I also heard a salesman tell a pregnait woman that she could drive her car with a bad wheel bearing. Witch is a lie. If it were to go out the wheel could auctaly fly off the car. I would not suggest anyone buying a car from this place. More

Tried to repo my car 3 times now. I have paid every payment on time. The finance company, T & M, which is also owned by the owner of OLE BEN FRANKLIN, MIKE MENCER, has harassed me to no end. They changed my due date and grace period without my knowledge and then I get a call from a repo man telling me he is coming to get my car, where I immediately called T & M, they said my payment is due on the 1st with a three day grace period (This all took place on the 3rd! so I wasn't even late yet!), I asked why this changed and that is not what my contract says, they said they can change anything but the payment amt. the term and the APR. I have no problem with the change but they didn't let me know and then they have a repo guy come after me. So I made the payment, then 3 days later they call me on a sat. afternoon telling me they must hear from me in 2 hours. I call them back they say I have to have an electronic tracking box put on my car. I said absolutely not! So Bobby goes on to threaten me with repossession yet again. I just told her okay and I'm getting a lawyer to sue for all this mess. I'm also going to refinance the car. Other issues: They were supposed to honor a due bill for a broken tail light and an oil change, this contract was agreed to on 6/25/2010. Never did the oil change and the light didn't get repaired until 09/2010. I literally just received my tag less than two weeks ago, so it took them almost 4 months to get it!!!! Unheard of! And there were corrupt issues with the finance dept. where they lied to the original lender and the lender found out, where they then cancelled our loan approval and that is why it is even financed through there incompetent finance dept. They tried to make us come up with $2000 after we already put down $7000 and claimed that we signed two promissory notes for $1000 each, which is a total complete blatant lie! That is why the first repo almost happened. However, we obviously cleared that up b/c there were not any promissory agreements signed so when we asked for proof of these documents they couldn’t! IDIOTS!!!!!!!!! I have filed complaints with the BBB, TN DEPT of CONSUMER SERV. and the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISION. The next step is a law suit! :)) Most of their clientele are inbreed, uneducated, hillbilly folk and they would fall for their schemes and get ripped off but they have officially tried to pull their xx with the wrong people and they are gonna pay this time! I will do everything possible to reveal this corrupt business to everyone in Knoxville and the surrounding areas b/c I know this is how they make their money….through lies, threats and unlawful repossessions! I traded trucks with them on Aug. 10th. Salesman said they didn't have the gooseneck ball for the hitch in the bed. I called on the 12th and the sales manager said they did have the ball after all and wo they didn't have the gooseneck ball for the hitch in the bed. I have called every week on Friday since then and the ball still has not been sent out. They also have had my new license plate for almost 2 weeks and haven't sent it to me either. They could have just transfered my old plate much easier and cheaper! This truck was listed on E-bay and was described as having new Michelen tires "all the way around", well it has Michelen on the back with good tread but are weather checked and not Michelen on the front. When we went to drive it, the salesman says, oh the driver side power window and power door lock don't work. My biggest beef with them is the lack of customer service after the fact. I am very upset and would never again deal with these people. They have 0 customer service. I will tell everyone I know not to deal with them. More
