Ok Here;s my update on my 2006 F-250 King Ranch,as before in my previous reveiw .my truck had some serious problems and could have cost me a $1000.Bucks out of pocket.which to say is a lot of money that i j in my previous reveiw .my truck had some serious problems and could have cost me a $1000.Bucks out of pocket.which to say is a lot of money that i just don't have with a wife and 7 kids. the dealership didn:t charge me for any thing at all which was very nice of them to do for me,and my family.MR:Jeff Bean Was very informative with the updates as to the status of my truck.just dont see how he gets any work done with people calling and showing up all the time ,but he as us hillbillys say,(gitser done)kudoos jeff..To all the folks involved in helping me get my truck repaired Jeff,Jamie Eady,Mike ,And Tom Burdete,A BIG THANK YOU,for helping me out of a tight spot.so yes i recomend the dealership to anyone who would like to enjoy a great buyers experience,to go to ole ben franklin motors,inc. and go in and just be upfront.tell em what you need,and ill just bet they can help you out.they have a great bunch of sales folks there that are more than able to help you throughout your buying experience,the will answer your questions,and probably will ask you a few such as your needs from a vehicle.the try to macth you up tour your needs not just a car.trust me i know how hard people work for your money and it's no fun buying a lemon.so if you want a great vehicle for your buck.then ole bens the place to go.as of yesterday june 20 2013 my wife and i are looking to purchase another vehicle from ole bens.so that says somthing for them,as a skeptic as big as i am ,so once again to all the folks there Thank you ,for making my buying experience a great one,with out all the hassle and b.s.SFC;John Rowe ,U.S Army Retired. Bought an 04 mercury Mountaineer the truck had some issues that the dealership was willing to fix for me. Jeff has been amazing through this whole process being honest with me and very patient with me issues that the dealership was willing to fix for me. My Wife, And, I went to Ole Ben Franklin Motors to buy a 2006 F-250 King ranch.Our salesman Stanley Was awsome.very direct and to the point,no B.S.the sale was very quick,and easy.the problem we had was aft 2006 F-250 King ranch.Our salesman Stanley Was awsome.very direct and to the point,no B.S.the sale was very quick,and easy.the problem we had was after the first week i had to go on a trip due to a death in the family.down in arkansa,we had a problem with the oil cooler and egr .we took it to a local ford dealer expecting the warranty dept to take care of it.iwe were told we were on our own,because it wasn;t a internal lubricated part.we called ole ben franklin motors and they told us to baby it back home,so we had to baby the truck back to tn,we got it back to the dealership and they put it in a repair shop,but at this point i had put 1662 miles on the truck as i zeroed it out when i first bought .a person would think that with having it that little of time and that bit of use i would no be charged anything.but i am supposed to give a 1000. bucks for this repair,granted the manager is covering a lot of the cost,but from where i stand i cant see how that is right for me to give out more cash when just the week before i gave 5550 bucks for the down payment and the 499.bucks for the warranty.i could see it if i had the truck for a month or longer but with in the first 9 days thats just not right.so over all rating is this.price is fair for the purchase.the down was ok too.the warranty cost was ok.but warranty should be just that a warranty .not taking ones money and then saying your on your own.sales person,Stanley was a very nice experience,was nice talking with a person who was upfront and direct,with no sales pitch,or trying to make a sale just to make one.i would recomend stanley for salesmanger ,as i was and am impressed with his character and demeanor.very polite,and not pushy . Tarl was a phenomenal sales rep. He was friendly, found exactly what I was looking for, and made the entire experience over and above expectations. I have bought many cars and have had both good and some p exactly what I was looking for, and made the entire experience over and above expectations. I have bought many cars and have had both good and some pretty bad experiences but due to the wonderful experience I had with Tarl when we purchased our truck, we went back to him for a second purchase. I have also recommended other friends and family members not only to the Ole Ben Franklin dealership but to deal specifically with Tarl so they could also get the same customer service experience that we received. Tarl was very attentive in finding the vehicle that I was looking for and the service didn't just end when we left the lot. Tarl followed up with us after the sale to make sure everything was ok. He also questioned if there was anything he could do to enhance the experience for future customers which is an added plus that he is willing to find out about his possible faults and fix them. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle to visit Tarl and Ole Ben Franklin for transportation needs. I am very blessed and thankful for the experience and will continue going back to Tarl for future purchases. Thank you Tarl!! More

Great experience financing my first car from a dealership. Tarl was very friendly and informative. They did not have the car I wanted so they found me one and had it shipped from out of state. 3 days with the run around at another MAJOR dealership, so frustrating! At OBFM, from the time we pulled onto the lot and off with our new Avalanche was less than 2 hours and NO GAMES. This is not a buy here pay here with crappy cars, they will expect reasonable down payment based on credit but offer a lifetime warranty on the car. Never found anyone else that offered a warranty like that on a used vehicle. Our salesman was Johnny on the Spot, called me by my name and not sweetie, yet was never overbearing or pushy. His name was Eddie Lunsford(Bird) and I will request him next time. What I was most pleased with was we were treated like individuals not a numbers game. My experience was great and I would not hesitate to send a friend his direction. More
