ok, so I went there looking for a bigger truck. found one and traded mine in on it. little did I know it was the biggest mistake I ever made. ive had this truck 3 weeks and been back there 4 time having wor and traded mine in on it. little did I know it was the biggest mistake I ever made. ive had this truck 3 weeks and been back there 4 time having work done and its still not fixed. 1st ill start by saying I heard a clinging noise in the driveline and told them it was the transfer case.and also told them the front end had major issues. they told me to bring it in. So when I bring it to them thet say yea its the transfer case and the front end has bad pitman and idler arm(dangerous to drive). well then they give me the option to choose one or the other to be fixed. I was told the front end would be cheap and easy so I said they could do the transfer case. well after they made me an appointment to come back I started looking into fixing the front end.Well not an easy job and it need tie rods also and I don't have tools or money to do this job. so I call and ask why cant they fix and I was told they didn't have the money.(REALLY).....so I never got anywhere with that and its still not fixed and is not safe to drive especially with my daughter is in truck with me... so now I take to have transfer case rebuilt. they told it would take one whole day. so I call late that afternoon which was on a wednsday and they tell me parts wont be in til Friday. I was mad being this is my only vehicle.so I wait til Friday and call back and he says parts didn't come till 3:30 pm and they didn't have time but has started on it and would be ready Saturday. so Saturday I call and now im told guy didn't show up to fix it and promised it would be done Monday.. even madder now....... and Monday comes I was over it and called and spoke to the manager and asked if I can just get my trade in back and forget this deal. he said nooooo....so I ask if truck will be done and he tells me parts haven't came after the shop guy told me they came Friday. he said call back later. when I called back he said it would be ready before day was over.so I get there a little after 7pm and pick it up.. then start realizing its make the same noise as before if not worse. so I back home in it now and I crawl under the truck and fluid has soaked everything.. heres the good part.. they never rebuilt this transfer case, it makes same noise as before. not 1 bolt has been turned under nor anythind removed. all they did was add more fluid to it and its all over the truck now..i guess they take there customers as a joke and don't think we will realize this stuff... o yea and when I called asking for the the front end to be fixed, he says well the truck you traded in had issues too.. ok so hes right, it did...But heres the thing,i told them before I traded it what was wrong with mine, they didn't tell me anything..... also found that one side of the truck is two different colors. so now im gonna run a carfax on it..... whole point being I was screwed into this and they wont do anything. then say there gonna fix it and try to bandaid it up..so now im going to speak to my attorney and see what he can do since they cant resolve anything,heck if they would agreed to give me my trade in back I would've been fine...instead there choice is to leave me and my family in a unsafe vehicle to drive and I cant afford to fix it myself out of my pocket and they don't care one bit...BAD BUISNESS,SERVICE,LIARS............................................................................... Josh Arnwine was an excellent sales rep, as well as friendliness and professionalism. Had a few problems getting sale together but that was due to office personal not having their facts together. I would gladly ask Josh to help with another purchase in the future. He is a great asset to this company.He was very patient with with me and went far beyond what alot of reps would.I would deal with this company again but hopefully they would have all info together before I leave the lot with my purchase instead of having to return several times. I would like to thank Josh for going far beyond his job and hope to deal with him again in the future, because I have plans of returning in the future, because I have my future car in mind and would like to deal with this young man again. When it comes time to buying a car I have always dreaded it. I always feel that when you pull onto a car lot it is immediate "vulturism" by the sales staff. Tarl's customer service was over and beyond. He provided great service, got us a great deal and even took the jokes from my husband with stride. I want to than Tarl for his effort and service!!! More
