My wife and I found a car on there web site we called and got Mr Magdos from the very start of our buying experience it was oblivious that we had a very kind professional gentleman by the time we had closed got Mr Magdos from the very start of our buying experience it was oblivious that we had a very kind professional gentleman by the time we had closed the deal it was dark so after we got the car home the next day we found some small issues with cosmetic so we called and right away Mr Magdos and his manager said no problem they went far beyond what We have experience before in our car buying, I will buy from them again and would suggest to anyone they should as well. We visited Ole Ben Franklin Motors back in August of 2013 and were delighted in the service we received. The atmosphere was pleasant and we had heard from friends that this was the place to go for a vehicle, and were delighted in the service we received. The atmosphere was pleasant and we had heard from friends that this was the place to go for a vehicle, even if you had credit issues. Our fears were put to rest and we drove away with a great Ford Explorer and could not be happier! We haven't needed any service on our Explorer as of yet but I know when we are in need, the experience will be as pleasant as our buying experience! I personally would like to thank Darrell, Marsoulous and the financial guy who helped us speedily through the entire process. I have recommended Ole Ben Franklin to a few friends if they're ever in need of a new or used ride.
