Easy, Fast and Awesome As soon as I pulled into their lot. A salesman named Matt helped me out. He showed me their newest vehicles but it was not the ones I wanted so I pick As soon as I pulled into their lot. A salesman named Matt helped me out. I test drove it and it checked out fine so it was the one I bought. Matt was very helpful even though i am a hard person to please he did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied. This place is awesome and I recommend it to anyone. Also if you choose to go ask for Matt!!!! More

You DON'T have a friend at Ole Ben! Wow! Oak Ridge was by far the worst car lot I've EVER dealt with. They cheated us out of our old car (2006 SUV) and then when my husband caught it on Wow! Oak Ridge was by far the worst car lot I've EVER dealt with. They cheated us out of our old car (2006 SUV) and then when my husband caught it on the paperwork, they completely denied it even though it was right there in black and white! Now, I understand they are out to make money and no matter where you go, you kinda get taken but this was beyond them making a few bucks.Then, when he called to make arrangements for a payment that we had to make, because of a medical emergency, he was told by financing to "man up and pay his bills." Even though we were only asking for a week. Apparently, they are super professional to tell a customer to "man up." When I went in to make a payment today, the guy that told my husband to "man up", Don Key, I told him that I wanted to talk about that. As any wife would be, I was upset about that and thought it was totally uncalled for but before I could even say anything Mr. Key started screaming at me and when I told him I was just across the desk from him there was no need to scream, he just screamed even louder. I swear I felt like I needed to move out of the way so he could get in the floor and kick his feet and pound his fists on the floor because thats exactly what he acted like. A two year old that didn't get the toy he wanted. It was ok for him to talk to my husband that way but when something might be said to him about the way he acted he refused to act like an adult and have a conversation about it. All he wanted to do was scream and yell. I was definitely the adult in that room and got up and walked out. Unfortunantly, nothing will be done because Mr. Key himself told us that he was such great friends with the owner. If that's not enough to help you steer clear of that place here's another thing for you, we signed the paperwork on Aug. 28 on our truck. We had to go through 3 drive out tags, getting the run around every time we called and made 2 monthly payments on the truck before finally getting our permanent tags Mon. Oct. 27th. True professionals they are....HA! More

After purchasing a $27,000 car a year ago, I went to trade in and was surprised when I was told I am $11,000 upside down on my loan because my car was severely wrecked which caused frame damage and airbags to deploy. I had several issues from them when I first bought the vehicle as well. Please learn from my mistakes and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALOR. They will do nothing but cause grief for you. More
