They called me about two weeks ago. My airbag needed to be replaced, as it became defective over time. I had a vehicle brought here for trans damage after it ran over debris on the expressway. I had already convinced myself that I was going to be without the vehicle for at least a month or two--maybe even ran over debris on the expressway. I had already convinced myself that I was going to be without the vehicle for at least a month or two--maybe even longer with back-ordered parts-- so I was absolutely ECSTATIC when they called me to tell me it was ready after just TWO WEEKS!!!!! I know they didn't have the parts in stock, so they made it a priority to get them as soon as possible and had me back on the road several weeks earlier than I anticipated. Bindi in service was my advisor, and she kept me informed throughout the entire process, so I never had to wonder what was going on and the vehicle drives like new! So glad I chose Old Orchard Nissan for both the purchase of my Armada and my regular maintenance.
