I delayed writing this as I fail to remember the young lady at the service desk. I have met her before when my car had issues with the locks. She was exceptional in helping me get the service of my car. 6 lady at the service desk. I have met her before when my car had issues with the locks. She was exceptional in helping me get the service of my car. 6 month later my car needed to be corrected with a recall. She greeted me and asked specifically about how the car is performing. Here is the deal; she treated me as a person of importance because she reflected on me specifically on previous service. She portrayed she knows me. Wow. Oh I wish I could remember her name. If you look at the records I hope you can identify her. She should be part of the training of other associates as she has skills all could learn from. More

I had a great experience, start to finish, getting a recall part replaced at this dealership. I called to make an appt and was able to get it in the next day. The team allowed me to leave my car for a f recall part replaced at this dealership. I called to make an appt and was able to get it in the next day. The team allowed me to leave my car for a full week (even though service only took a few hours) since I was going out of town, which was sooo helpful. The team texted me directly when it was done and confirmed that I was all set to leave my car there safely until I returned. When I picked it up, they promptly gave it a car wash and I was on my way.
