But when you go without appointment, you don't get your vehicle within few days. You get response that your vehicle will be serviced when technician has time. I tried to book appointment on line, but its not working. No matter what time I select, it takes me back to appointment and cannot schedule appointment. When I called to make appointment, it went into answering machine. Real Nightmare. More

He was so helpful and showed me how to use everything in my car. Martin Nissan is the best. More

The guy is so knowledgeable and patient as you consider the option of trading, financing, or purchasing. He knows his stuff! Lastly, I love getting my car maintenanced here as well. Purchase without Pain! I have been dealing with Martin Nissan for a few years now and it has been quite a great experience as it relates to purchasing vehicles, service, cus I have been dealing with Martin Nissan for a few years now and it has been quite a great experience as it relates to purchasing vehicles, service, customer service, etc. A couple of weeks ago I spoke with Dario Cardella on the phone about possibly trading-in my 2013 Nissan Rogue for the new 2015 Rogue. However, I got busy and didn't schedule a time to go in and make the deal or at least discuss making the deal. In the meanwhile, however, I noticed that it was time for my 2013 Rogue to be serviced with an oil & filter change; so I went in to have it serviced. While talking with David in the service department, Dario pops up smiling broadly as usual. He'd noticed that I had scheduled service for the 2013 Rogue and took this opportunity to continue our trade-in conversation. What I really appreciated was that I didn't feel harassed! I'd told Dario what I wanted, what I didn't want, and what I was or was not willing to do.....He listened to me! So there was no lot of back and forth haggling that sometimes goes on at car dealerships with pushy salesmen. I didn't get that "Let me take advantage of her because she is a woman" feeling. So, I went in to get an oil change on the 2013 Rogue and drove out with a spanking brand new 2015 Rogue! I appreciate the respect and great customer service from Dario, but also from the entire staff that I encountered at the dealership! These folks at Martin Nissan give credence to the term "Customer Service" because they are truly proficient in "Servicing their Customers". If you are in the market for a new vehicle, check out Martin Nissan in Skokie and ask for Dario. He will listen to you and not try to oversell or talk you into a vehicle or a deal that you are not comfortable with. More
The service department here is excellent. Highly recommend them. Even though I stay 25 miles away and have a closer Nissan dealer 1 mile away, I keep returning to Martin for all my service or purch recommend them.
