Major rip off My husband brought his 4 year old Platinum Murano in for his 60,000 mile service. He had also told them he was hearing an unusual noise that he wanted My husband brought his 4 year old Platinum Murano in for his 60,000 mile service. He had also told them he was hearing an unusual noise that he wanted checked out. They call him to tell him that in addition to the transmission flush and 60,000 mile service ($1,100!!!!) that both front left and right bearings need to be replaced for the small price of $1,700!!! He decided not to have the bearings done there and he brought it to our local mechanic and it turned out he only needed to have ONE side done, and that only cost $400! Even if we had had to do both sides it would've only cost $800--Nissan wanted to gouge him for more than double. RIP OFF. The only reason he has brought the car there for service was the convenience of the loaner vehicles but NO MORE. More
Deceptive Practice Had oil change on my 2011 Maxima with inspection. Turned into a $2800.00 bill. Couldn't believe what they found and went elsewhere for 2nd opinion. Great Service Once Again!! The other day I brought my recently purchased new vehicle in to receive the scotch guard protection spray for the interior and the protection spray fo The other day I brought my recently purchased new vehicle in to receive the scotch guard protection spray for the interior and the protection spray for the exterior. Chris in the service shop was very informative, professional and kept me updated throughout the process. The whole service was supposed to take 4 hours, so they even offered me a loaner car so I cook complete any errands. However, I decided to wait in the lobby which was fully stock with fresh fruit, pastries, coffee and other beverages. While waiting the manager Jim Pigoni came by to check to see if I was doing ok, again offered me a loaner vehicle in case I needed to run an errands, and provided me with status as to my vehicle. All in all, I was very impressed with Chris and jim Pigoni regarding their level of service, professionalism and hospitality. Both Chris and Jim Pigoni are assets to the Martin Nissan dealership. I can't wait to tell all my friends about the excellent service and vehicles Martin Nissan has to offer. J. Finn More

I came over to Martin Nissan and the customer service was above and beyond! What AL Piemonte Nissan dealer could not do and would not do for me has lost them a customer! Since they lost me as a customer, I now drive 30 minutes from my house just to have the warmest and friendliest customer service experience ever! I appreciate what they have done for me and I will continue to go there as long as I am a Nissan owner! I thank you guys from the bottom of my heart! You didn't have to do it but you did! Things could have turned out way worse than what they were, but I'm so grateful that you took the time out to help me with the issue that I had. I hold them at a high standard when it comes to Nissan dealerships! Trust and believe me, you will not be disappointed! Stop in and ask to talk to the names I mentioned above. Watch the outcome!
