Came into this dealership because my mom's Nissan Rogue's key fob's stopped working. Linda and BIndi were both very helpful service reps. They really tried to understand the problem and ensure that it was solved the right way. They were very kind and ensured all the work was covered by the warranty, I didn't have to pay a penny! I had a really great experience at my most recent visit to this Old Orchard Nissan! Mary was really amazing at addressing all of my concerns, and one of the technicians was very thorough in explaining all to this Old Orchard Nissan!
