After many trips and trying to decide rather to buy new or used we made our decision. The sales manager then assigned us a salesperson. We got all the pricing we needed and made our choice. We bought a new travel trailer (we really liked) and had it home in our driveway after two days. The service department made any repairs needed and showed us how to use our camper with all its new Tech. It was a fun buying experience and we love our new camper !! More

The service department fitted us in to repair a propane leak in our travel trailer. On leaving the dealership in a tremendous thunder storm, the trailer came off the hitch (bump, wind gust,me?) I was unable to re-hitch. The service manager sent a technician with a massive floor jack to rescue me. Back at the service department, I was able to purchase the needed replacement parts and they even lent me the required wrench to do the repair. The staff was amazingly helpful and knowledgable! These folk have been serving us for more than 10 years through 3 different RVs. They are GREAT! I am so glad that these fine folk are here to service my equipment and give them my wholehearted recommendation! More

There was no pushing us to buy and we were treated like we mattered the whole time we were there. We truly appreciate how helpful she was. I recommend stopping in if your in the market for a camper new or used. Thanks to all! More

Wonderful Experience.......Pat from Topeka I had my first experience with this Dealership today. I had several conversations with Ann Barrette on the phone, prior my trip to the Dealership. She I had my first experience with this Dealership today. I had several conversations with Ann Barrette on the phone, prior my trip to the Dealership. She went out of her way to be encouraging and helpful. After about three to three and a half hours of wonderful customer service, I purchased my camping trailer. I worked with Ann, Wes, and Dan and they were three people who excel at customer skills. I will return next week to get my new camper so if future experience is half as good as today was, I will certainly stay with an excellent rating. More
Good sales experience.lousy install delivery experience. Bought a new fifth wheel and Anderson tower mount. No one checked height of the hitch after install which caused the hitch to be too low. This resulte Bought a new fifth wheel and Anderson tower mount. No one checked height of the hitch after install which caused the hitch to be too low. This resulted in the shredding of the tonno cover rail. Replacement cost $1,400. Called service manager and he said they didn’t have room to test height of ball hitch. Talked to general manager with no results. Tire blew out after 800 miles. Sent replacement invoice to dealer and they just sent me a email stating that the manufacturer and dealer will not honor the warranty. Cannot believe they don’t check height of hitch after install. Not very professional. More

Upon entering and finally being helped, th first words out of service writers mouth were,”did they tell you about warranty administrative fee”. I said no what is it-$300! I left. I called another dealer who was shocked at the fee and I am on my way there now! This dealership is very dirty, unorganized and obviously unethical! Beware if you go to this dealership! More
Water Stains on ceiling Picked up the RV on a Friday. That night we noticed what appeared to be water stains on the ceiling of our brand new 2018 trailer. Called them on Satu Picked up the RV on a Friday. That night we noticed what appeared to be water stains on the ceiling of our brand new 2018 trailer. Called them on Saturday morning and they asked was it dripping and it was not. I sent them pictures of the stains and the top of the slider did not fit snug. They told me to call service department to make an appointment. Monday I called again and spoke to the sales manager and asked us to check to see if it was wet because it did rain on Sunday and Monday. I told them I would like to bring this back and order the 2019 which would mean more money for us to pay. He said he could take it back but would take it as a trade in for lesser value since it is now used. We brought it home and nothing else. They sold my trade in and of course we don't know for how much. They told me the earliest I could get it in to be serviced was the 16th of April. Mind you I picked it up on the 23rd of March and that was several weeks away. On Tuesday we took it back because my husband said he felt moisture on the ceiling. We want another trailer rather than keeping something that could have a defect. They called me Wed. and said it was bone dry inside. We asked what made the stain and he said "something at the manufacturer." The sales manager, Wes had already said that the manufacturer doesn't do a good job assembling the RV's or not as good of job as he would like and the service man said to expect problems (defects) in the RV world. We bought the RV thinking we were getting a quality product and it's not the consumers' fault that the manufacturer does a crappy job. I received very little for my 2004 trade in due to an area in the bedroom that had rotting wood under the floor. (Had to be a defect on that model) However, they want me to except a brand new trailer with defects. This is a mess. I am contacting a lawyer to see if there is anything I can do!! More
Worst experience. If I could give this business zero stars I would. I would NEVER recommend this rv dealership to any of my family or friends. After taking the unit in If I could give this business zero stars I would. I would NEVER recommend this rv dealership to any of my family or friends. After taking the unit in to have warranty issues repaired, and having my them take it for six weeks with only a few of those repairs being done, I went to pick up the unit and when I asked about where it was located the service dept employee pointed to a back lot jumbled with many other units and said, "there". After finding the unit it was discovered while in their possession it was dented. Upon further inspection half of the warranty issues were not fixed, the unit was a dirty mess, and someone had even urinated in the toilet and left it to bake in the heat of the summer. Complete disgust. After speaking with forest river, we found that the dealership had lied about their communications and what could/would be fixed. They told us to enjoy the unit and then bring it back. Two months of summer and only problems with this unit as well as dealership. Since then the kitchen area was flooded after pipes below the kitchen sink broke, and things have only worsened. We are sick of this unit and have only been able to use it for a few months. Asked the general manager for a refund, trade on same unit or different one. After only having the camper 60 days but being in our possession only a few weeks he told us that our unit had depreciated nearly $4000.00 and would only offer a trade of the lesser value. The people here DO NOT CARE about th customer and neither does forest river. Our now brand new unit will have to be completely taken apart. This is unacceptable to me as this was a financial investment. DO NOT BUY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE UPSIDE DOWN IN A BRAND NEW UNIT ONLY WEEKS AFTER IT LEAVES THE LOT. More
