Did a great job I have a new 17 Edge and my drivers seat is not moving the way it should. I made an appointment and dropped it off the night before. Jason wrote down I have a new 17 Edge and my drivers seat is not moving the way it should. I made an appointment and dropped it off the night before. Jason wrote down all my issuers with the seat. Told me he would call when they found out the problem. The next day there was a power outage at the car dealer. He called and gave me the choice of coming to get the car or leaving it there He called when found out the problem. The part has to be ordered so I went to pick it up. He went and got my car while I went in to pick up ordered floor mats. Great experience!!! More

My battery needed to be measured in this last cold streak -- he arranged to have it done, provided me information and options for replacing the battery and purchasing a new battery, had it installed and my car has been operating well in this cold weather ever since then. On my last regular check, Josh did mention that my battery was close to be replaced in a few months . . . and he was right on target. My experience with continued maintenance to my car -- which I bought at Olathe Ford Lincoln -- has been excellent. More
