They found the Lincoln with all the options and color we wanted in Washington State, it was the only one optioned like we wanted in the US. We worked out a deal and they flew a driver out and got it for us PDQ. The Ford was in house. Since then dealing with Steve (Ford) and Mike (Lincoln) for service has been great. The reason I rated price as average, we are retired and everything costs much more than an old timer thinks it should. BA More
