In fact, this last visit, Brad was even thoughtful enough to call me after dropping my truck off to double check on a couple of the items I was having done to ensure I wasn’t having those servouses done prematurely (transmission flush, etc...). I changed from my previous dealer, where their customer service (or lack thereof) has been steadily declining. I chose Olathe Ford, because I'm fairly close. Service was everything I expect and want from my Ford dealer. I was immediately greeted when I drove in the service bay. I was treated very professionally, kindly and with no-nonsense. The service consultant was thorough, provided me with a starting quote and said he would keep me informed on what was needed and the price. The waiting room was comfortable and well-kept; the bathroom was spotless. I will definitely be using Olathe Ford for my service provider from this point forward, and I highly recommend them to anyone else who is being treated as an "imposition" by other dealerships in the area.
