Flat tire repair I live alone and woke up to a flat tire. I called Olathe Ford for help. Brad was so helpful and understanding of my situation. Fixed problem and cost less than expected Had problem with radio not turning on, navigation not working, and voice options not working. Expected large repair bill, but turned out it was the ba Had problem with radio not turning on, navigation not working, and voice options not working. Expected large repair bill, but turned out it was the battery. It was replaced and most was working. After talking with advisor I still had to do a master reset to finally get it all working correctly. The only item I had a problem with was the updates from service advisor. Was told it would be done the next morning and around 3 the next afternoon after trying to reach the advisor by phone with no luck, I got a text message that it was done. More communication (not texting) would have made it a better experience. More
