Quick & Friendly Service There is a Ford dealership less than 2 miles that I have experienced several customer service issues with and decided to try going to Olathe Ford whic There is a Ford dealership less than 2 miles that I have experienced several customer service issues with and decided to try going to Olathe Ford which is quite a bit further from my home. Upon arrival i was greeted by the service writers, very friendly staff. Craig and Jonathan were wonderful to work with. Jonathan accommodated our work schedule allowing a loaner car while the service team determined the issue. Once my car was finished Jonathan called and reviewed what they found and repaired. It is refreshing to know there are still dealerships out there that understand what good customer service is. Even though this dealership is almost 10 miles away we will be going back for good. Needed a new battery When my car wouldn’t start I got a jump and drove to ford dealer. Needed a new battery. They said it would be ready by afternoon. Told them my sister and I were on our way to Virginia. He told me they would get on it ASAP. two hours later we were on our way. I could not have been treated any better. Very pleased. We are both in our 80's so that is a big help to us, and so convenient. Much more reasonable than other dealerships we have encountered. Feel they are a very honest dealership. More

I have always found the techs are very good and informative and have a great grasp on what they are doing. I have bought several trucks from Olathe Ford, and the service folks have always been able to accommodate my needs. If I could suggest one thing, to cut out the phone shenanigans and transfers and then it would be perfect! More

Wonderful customer service I had the driver side front door handle break on my Escape, so I made an appointment to have it replaced. Two nights before my appointment, I hit a de I had the driver side front door handle break on my Escape, so I made an appointment to have it replaced. Two nights before my appointment, I hit a deer. I feared the insurance company might total the car, so I called to cancel the appointment. Mike Wells was very understanding. He kept the appointment open for me just in case I needed it. And I did. When the inspector tried to open the door the morning I was supposed to have the appointment for the door handle replacement, the inspector pulled that broken handle off! I was able to get back in the car. I brought it over to Olathe Ford Quicklane where Mike came out to greet me. He took such good care of me, as everybody at Quicklane does. Half an hour later, I was back on the road with the new door handle in place. I am a frequent customer at Olathe Quicklane. Everybody calls me by name. I feel very comfortable and well served every time I come in. I highly recommend the Olathe Ford Quicklane Center. Great group of people and super service. More
