They had a has been 30 yr mechanic there when I was telling them about it he insisted it was an intake gasket they sent me to Napa express care in wintersville where they tried to convince me it wasn't leaking while we was standing there actually watching it leak. So left there went back to omg3 where I told Tony what they had said at Napa express care so they toke out a warranty and sent me to Lyle's automotive in fallensbee wv. Where they was supposed to change the intake gasket and 2 gaskets on a coolant tube then change the oil flush the cooling system and put fresh antifreeze in the care. Well they tryed tocharged the warrenty company $1117 and some change and the only work they actually did was add the wrong antifreeze to the car to top it off kept the car a week and called me and said it was ready. I looked at the car and could plainly see the grease on the intake bolts was completely undisturbed. The oil never changed and green antifreeze where it called for the orange dexcool. And I was given a bill for $191 and some change supposedly to cover fluids and taxes which was itemized on the receipt well after adding that up for myself it only came to $105 including oil filter. Well I took this to Tony right away and showed him that the work hadn't been done it was Tony who noticed the math didn't add up. I called warrenty and stopped payment and as Tony said I took the car back for Lyle' s to make right well the guy came out we looked under the hood I showed him how the work was never done and they put the wrong coolant in it he showed me the whiney edges of 2gaskets on front of the motor and tryed to say they were the coolant tube gaskets they had just changed I showed him that was a water pump he was looking at and suggested he stop jerking me around. He looked at the wet area and said that don't look like an intake leak it looks more like a headgasket I said that's what I've been saying but no one will listen. He asked me to leave the car I did. A week later I get a call on Saturday morning telling me my car was ready I go get it and look it over well now it looks like they changed the intake gasket but not the head gasket it looked dry so I took the car. By the time I got home it was wet again. I went back and told Tony he wanted me to give Lyle s a 3rd chance to screw me over but i went back to Lyle s Monday and asked the guy why he only done the intake gasket when we already a established it was the head he said the warrenty company said that the customer had to pay for tear down I said that don't justify replacing a perfectly fine gasket for no reason and besides u didn't call me about that either. Well I called the warrenty company they said they never said that and as a matter of fact they haven't heard from Lyle s since they tryed to collect on the work they didn't do from the first time so back to Ohio motor group I go to find a confident shop to do the work so I went to a few places and they wanted diagnostic fees so I went back to see if Ohio motor groups was go a pay not only this fee but whatever the warrenty company didn't we'll they said no and tryed to send me back to Lyle s again. I refused Lyle s and told them if they couldn't pay the difference they'd be getting the car back they refused so I returned the car as directed by my loan agency and asked for my down payment back Tony texted Dan a co-owner of the Ohio motor groups chain and Tony said that Dan said there is no way I'll see that down payment I got loud and stomped out. I recorded every conversation I had with both Ohio motor group and Lyle s and if ur still reading this I suggest if u deal with these rip off artists u do the same so I have a leg to stand on when u find ur self in a similar spot. This was a pre existing problem they should have gladly fixed it not send me from one hack to another. Momma always said it takes one to know one. Or guilty by association. Dan calls the shots at all three locations he's only concerned with taking ur money and if u bring the car back he thinks ur down payment automatically is forfitted to him he's trying to steal $720 of my hard earned cash he knows things are tight for my family he's a luring cheating dirty xxxxxxx and a theif. He will take advantage of ur niceness I suggest I go to a trusted dealer and forget these clowns. More

I recently purchased an xterra from the saint clairsville branch for about 7300$. When we first purchased this, there was a faint smell of antifreeze. The dealer then had it checked out and it resulted in no branch for about 7300$. When we first purchased this, there was a faint smell of antifreeze. The dealer then had it checked out and it resulted in no known problems. 3weeks later, after the service engine light came on our mechanic checked it for the third time. He concluded that the problem was with the head gasket and that it would cost approx1600$ to repair at least, if its not too seriously damaged. The dealer then refused to refund our purchase but was willing to trade with another vehicle. The vehicle we were interested in also had transmission problems so we just decided to keep the xterra and try to fix it. By the end of that week, the vehicle began losing power and the starter started to go out. Once we got the title in for it, we traded it to another dealer in hopes that they could fix it and make a profit via resale. They took it for about 3grand. Overall, such a horrible experience. What made it even worse was that rather than acknowledging the problems, the dealer remained adamant that there wasn't anything to worry about with the xterra, even after our mechanic diagnosed it....makes me doubt if there are any honest people left out there. BE FOREWARNED! More
I was looking for a used car and I was just looking at different dealerships and came across Ohio Motor Group Used Cars in St. Clairsville, OH. Roger Woods was pleasant and friendly. Roger took his tim different dealerships and came across Ohio Motor Group Used Cars in St. Clairsville, OH. Roger Woods was pleasant and friendly. Roger took his time with me and tried to get me the best deal. They made sure that I left that day with my car. The car had a few problems, nothing that can not be fixed, I was told that they will fix the problems, no cost to me. The price I paid for my car was a good deal. I would recommend this place to anyone that wanted a used car at a decent price. More
