Dropping off my Forester was easy. Trey said there would be no problem getting me a ride back to the dealership. Trey sent someone to pick me up around 1:30, I was waiting out in 90° w Trey said there would be no problem getting me a ride back to the dealership. I tried to call Trey, others tried to contact him, but Noone could get ahold of him. A lady at subaru said she would send an emergency message to the service department to get someone to pick me up. Finally an Uber driver picked me up to drive 1 mile to the dealership. Also, supposedly the tech found a broken bracket on my Subaru. Noone else that I have taken my vehicle to has said anything about a broken bracket. I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET A CALL LAST WEDNESDAY TI LET ME KNOW MY BRACKET WAS IN AND TO SCHEDULE A REPAIR.,WHICH IAM NOT PAYING FOR, BUT NOONE HAS CALLED ME SAYING THE PART IS IN! THIS IS WHY I NEVER GO TO DEALERSHIPS WITH MY CAR. TERRIBLE SERVICE, AND THEY ALEAYS BREAK SOMETHING! More

Not happy that I had to bring it 3 time for them to finally check to see why the mileage is so bad. They say nothing other than it is a big vehicle with 4 wheel drive and a turbo.
