Very gimmicky sales tactics. They dont list their used vehicles for the actual price they are asking. They get you to caland l with a good advertised price. Dont hide these details in the small print. Theres a reason car salesman are ranked just behind lawyers with trustworthyness. More

I have worked with many dealerships and this was the nicest group of people. No pressure when I wanted to leave. They negotiated my trade in, and gave me a fair deal. wasting a whole saturday Took my car in for window motor replacement at 8:30 am on a Saturday. Repair was supposed to take 4 to 5 hours. after six hours and no phone call, Took my car in for window motor replacement at 8:30 am on a Saturday. Repair was supposed to take 4 to 5 hours. after six hours and no phone call, I called... Service: Oh, I think it is about to be finished.. I call you back. Did not get a call back.. Called again. On hold for five minutes... Oh sorry, the car is not finished, technician got hung up on another car... I guess they pushed me at the end of the line. Service: I will get a second technician involved. We will call you. (now me thinks: they haven't even started the repair...it's 3 pm in the afternoon...will I get this vehicle back before Monday.,.. I now have doubts) This is my 3rd visit with n 8 days.. First visit I mentioned the problem... They lubed the part. Did nothing. Second visit, they actually checked the problem and found a defective motor that regulates the window. Could not get the part that day and asked me to leave the car overnight or to bring the car in next morning (today) between 8 and 9... I arrived at 8:30 and at 3 PM I still don't know what's going on. Not a service I can recommend. More

His persistence and follow up is actually what brought me back to the dealership, as I was initially shopping other brands as well. When I returned the following week, I met with Janeth (Buzz had a previous guest that came in unexpectedly.) Both of these folks are fantastic and knowledgeable. I truly appreciated all the insight they gave me into the various vehicles I looked at. I never once felt pressured and they never tried to sway me away from what suited my needs or my budget. Janeth made the entire process a great and memorable experience for me. These are two quality employees. I also worked with Luke in Finance and he was amazing and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this dealership if you like dealing with friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced associates. More
Cooling Problem The problem I had was The driver side temperature was about 8 degree higher than the passenger side with or without the AC running. Rocket kept the car for whole day and returned it by doing nothing. then David Alvarez said it was low on gas charged for service with not fixing the actual problem. When I took it back I was told the expansion valve was on the driver side was stuck. Next day I was told that there is moisture in the system and i need a new AC .Really disappointed.If they do not know how to fix an Honda AC problem they should have told me instead of learning at my expense. More
