I was not initially planning to purchase a car but my old car had a sudden break down on the freeway. I was able to get my broken down car to the San Juan Capistrano dealership desperately looking for assist car had a sudden break down on the freeway. I was able to get my broken down car to the San Juan Capistrano dealership desperately looking for assistance. Vahid saw my distress and was immediately hands on to help me find a solution. He found the perfect HR-V for me and was very thorough with the details of the purchase. I was stressed the day of receiving the new HRV however that was external factors unrelated to the purchase. I could not be happier with my new HR-V. I am very grateful to have worked with Vahid, he went above and beyond and is an outstanding/extraordinary member of the Ocean Honda team! More

I had a great experience, but one suggestion: Express Oil Change shouldn't take 2:30 hours. I think a basic oil change shouldn't take longer than one to 1 1/2 hour when customer has an appointment.
