I thought Claudio did a good job setting up my appointment and was informative. Vahid was very knowledgeable of the Passport and was very attentive with our questions. Sean explained all our paperwork but I did have issues with the length of time it took from beginning to end. We couldn’t believe we were there for approximately 5 hours! I understand the state of California has rules and regulations, but 5 hours seems excessive. Also I didn’t care for the multiple contacts. I had 3 different people reach out to me, both by text then email. It just seemed like no one was communicating with each other. Plus having to explain the same thing 3 different times was annoying. But I do have to say, this dealership was very pleasant in person and everyone we spoke with was very friendly. More
