I have never felt more comfortable in a dealership as I do at Weymouth Honda. The people who work there are friendly and welcoming. But more than that, I feel total confidence in the service I receive th do at Weymouth Honda. The people who work there are friendly and welcoming. But more than that, I feel total confidence in the service I receive there. Extra care for accuracy and reliability makes the service dept the best. Harvey is a stickler for details, and his knowledge base is extrodaonary. I appreciate the little things they do, too, like (Danny) washing my car if they have time after a service appointment!! wow!! What joy on pickup!! Jason is a very calm and organized sales manager... he makes you feel at home, without that "pressuring you" feeling. He makes you feel that he can make anything possible. I LOVE Weymouth Honda. I have bought cars from Weymouth Honda for over 30 years. I was attracted at first by the excellent condition of the used cars I used to get there. They all drove smoothly, without rattles, handled well (the I was attracted at first by the excellent condition of the used cars I used to get there. They all drove smoothly, without rattles, handled well (the dealership was not afraid to put new tires on its used car inventory) and the valuye for price paid. When my circumstances allowed and I began to buy new cars, I found my service experience was extraordinary. Whenever I needed one, the dealership cheerfully mad a loaner car available, and I never even had to ask whether all the Honda service directives had been performed (they always had). This is an excellent car dealership that I recommend to all my friends. They buy the cars there because the price is a good value, but they stay because the dealership keeps the products in "like new" condition even years after the sale. More

They manager to tell me nothing is wrong with my car, however, they did do work on the brakes at 7,000 miles... should brakes need work at 7,000 miles. The service guy Bill is horrendous! I have dealt with him twice and he is very rude! Both times! I would not recommend buying from here or service from here... positives are jason the sales manager, sean in service... nice guys! More
Brought my car in for a new alternator as I was stuck and couldn't bring it to my trusted independent Honda repair-tech. They replaced the alternator but I question the parts they put in and the story they couldn't bring it to my trusted independent Honda repair-tech. They replaced the alternator but I question the parts they put in and the story they gave me (had to go 30 miles to another dealer, blah, blah, blah) and the fact that my car "dissapeared" during the repair process. All of this with a real sympathetic tone and face (key word is really "pathetic"). They charged me full retail (I guess their right but shows they are unwilling to work with a customer or retain future business) and the best part is the tech who worked on my car STOLE the gas-shocks that hold the hood open. They swapped my brand-new ones for someone elses used ones. They think I wouldn't notice but I just put brand-spanking new ones in five months ago. The ones they stole from me don't even hold the hood open. I have been there many times to buy parts (as I never really trusted them) and hear the same BS lines they give to every customer at the service desk. "We've not heard of any problem with that on your car" when they know there is a Technical Service Bulletin or Honda has refused to repair it. They then rake these poor souls over the coals. This time, it was my turn. DO NOT GO THERE! READ OTHER REVIEWS! THERE ARE TOO MANY NEGATIVE POSTS TO TRUST THESE THIEVES. THESE PEOPLE ARE UNETHICAL AND STEAL YOUR MONEY, CAR PARTS, AND MOST OF ALL, YOUR TRUST!!!! If you have to, rent a bike before trusting them. More

I have Honda accord, I am new for car maintenance related work. On Saturday (July 21, 2007) morning, I left my car inside service room at Weymouth Honda for servicing. I discussed with CARL BELLU (Service work. On Saturday (July 21, 2007) morning, I left my car inside service room at Weymouth Honda for servicing. I discussed with CARL BELLU (Service Advisor). He is rude, he just talk money nothing else. They did work well but when I come back to pick up car on Monday(evening), there was big dent on above front passenger wheel, deep scratch on cylinder of same wheel and light scratches on right side doors. I informed to CARL BELLU and one more manager but they said dent was already there. I asked them that if dent was there then you must have documented it and you must have video surveillance. They said they don’t have both and they remember that dent was already. I don’t know who has done this. If they don’t then somebody hit & run in parking itself. But in that case again they are responsible because my car was in their custody. They also said that you can lodge complaint to anybody if you want. Then I called up to Honda Company itself on 800-999-1009. They noted down my complaint carefully, I got my case number: N012007072500318 and then BRUCE had talk with these Weymouth people again but still result was nil. I don’t have time to lodge complaint to small claim courts. I am new that’s why I went to authorized dealer so that I can rely on him blindly. And authorized dealer behave like this with customers???. I am very very upset that they didn’t accept their fault. Now I have started to take service of unauthorized auto repair shop and those are more reliable because they get work by good service not by company name. I request you guys please get documented your car condition before leaving for servicing. Before taking my car, I have taken photographs it in parking. If anybody don’t believe and have objection, he can contact me. My details are Name: Vikram Gehlot Email: vgehlot@hotmail.com More
I never encountered unfriendly atmosphere as Weymouth Honda. They are rude, unfriendly and just plain ignorant. My Honda died on me en route from the Cape. The closest Honda Dealership was them. Thei Honda. They are rude, unfriendly and just plain ignorant. My Honda died on me en route from the Cape. The closest Honda Dealership was them. Their conduct is poor. They don't allow you to speak w/managers. All answers give nis "I don't know." They don't give any direct answer or approximate time it would take to repair. Again, everything is "i don't know!" Their tone of voice is very sarcastic. Even customer service reps are unfriendly. All of them need to be trained for customer curosity. Please whatever you do don't go to them, unless it's absolute must. In my case it was. I would NEVER refer them to anyone!!!! More
