I brought my car in for service after having it serviced in a different location. I had to bring it back to them six times and the problem was not resolved. I brought it in to Honda and they diagnosed the p in a different location. I had to bring it back to them six times and the problem was not resolved. I brought it in to Honda and they diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. No return for further work. A huge relief. Not sure why I tried a different mechanic. Probably because I was out of warranty. I won’t make that mistake again More
I was encountering a problem and didn’t feel safe driving. The concierge referred me to Max Pastore who did a superb job getting the car checked out. I raised my complaint about their service dept to both the person I had an issue with and their manager. Neither offered even a fake canned apology, no response at all. They'll send you surveys though as the person I had an issue with and their manager. Neither offered even a fake canned apology, no response at all. They'll send you surveys though as if they care, but what they care about is you blindly filling them out all 5 stars so they get their bonuses or so they keep their managers off their backs. That's all they care about, they don't actually pretend to care about the customer here. I've had 4 Honda leases in a row, but I left the brand a couple months ago. Because if I had a Honda, this would be the closest service center to me but I'll never go back there. My car had a recall since December I think. I just ignored it til I could sell the car to another brand dealer and be done with it. Nothing against the cars, everything against this service center. The dealership looks stuck in the 70s and so are the business and service practices too, I guess? Honda lost me as a customer not because of their cars or their quality (which are excellent for their price segment) but because I was tired of giving this dealer/service center anymore money. More
Told him my experience with another dealership. He lied to me and stated that he had the vehicle and price range that I was looking for. I got there and they had no vehicles and the salesman tried to sale to me and stated that he had the vehicle and price range that I was looking for. I got there and they had no vehicles and the salesman tried to sale me a car that I did not want.I drove about 35 mins to get there. POOR SALESMANSHIP. More
Completely Satisfied with Ocean Honda Service I brought my car to Ocean Honda to have it serviced/repaired via a comprehensive claim through my insurance company. I can't thank Chuck & John in the I brought my car to Ocean Honda to have it serviced/repaired via a comprehensive claim through my insurance company. I can't thank Chuck & John in the service department enough for assisting me throughout the process. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the service department was closed when my car was towed in on a Saturday. John assisted me at the service desk anyway and answered my series of questions to ease my concern with the claim process and repair. I dealt with Chuck for the remainder of the process and he was very understanding, thoughtful and communicated with me frequently on the status of the repair. He kept my car in the garage at night and over the weekend to keep it safe to ease my worries and concerns. Normally they wouldn't of been able to do this, but due to the pandemic the repair volumes were low. I really appreciate both of them being so personable, thoughtful and knowledgeable about the entire process. My car is repaired better than I could image and I will be back for any of my Honda service needs. My trust in an auto repair/service relationship is very important to me. I've been belittled, ignored and spoken to with a condescending tone because I am a female and "don't know anything about cars." These guys treat people with respect and do great repair work. More

Asked me to leave my car overnight despite the fact I only needed to have a quick diagnostic due to “check engine” light. Clerk couldn’t understand why I #1 made an online reservation, #2 why I couldn’t leave car overnight, #3 didn’t I see how many cars they had waiting to be serviced, #4 next appoint available for checking a “check engine” light would be in 14 days. I sat in their lot, made a call to Boch at 11:15 a.m. and was asked if I could make their next appointment at noon! Arrived and was greeted like family and received quick service!! Ocean Honda.....goodbye. More
