I bought my Accord SE in October/November of 2011. I have been in to have the tire pressure on my car checked, car washed, and overall maintenance checked. I recently switched to Bernardi Honda after going to Herb Chambers in Seekonk and Silko Honda in Raynham. While waiting for my vehicle, he would keep me informed of how much longer the wait was and always greeted myself, along with other customers, with a genuine smile. I have continued to use this location for my service needs because they have excellent customer service skills and truly take pride in the great job they provide. I praise Anthony and his other staff members because they have been kind, courteous, helpful and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. This service department has been outstanding compared to the others I have dealt with in the past.
