An oil change should take 30-45 minutes?. I was first in line to drop off my vehicle and I waited 30 mins to be helped for service. It took 4 hrs to complete. When it was time to pick up the car it took 30m line to drop off my vehicle and I waited 30 mins to be helped for service. It took 4 hrs to complete.
