My husband scheduled an appt with Mirranda to figure out a weird sound coming from my Honda Pilot. Several of us were baffled and just decided to take it in. One of the technicians heard the sound, he got a a weird sound coming from my Honda Pilot. Several of us were baffled and just decided to take it in. One of the technicians heard the sound, he got another tech to help. Mirranda rode with them and helped to solve the mystery. It was coming from 2 weather strips up on the luggage rack. While I was there Mirranda also suggested an oil change as the care was close enough to need it and would save us another trip in. She called me later to let me know the replacement parts were ordered and would let me know when to schedule the repair. Mirranda is awesome and very helpful. Betty Donovan More

Bad experience when purchasing the car, sales man added $1000 to the bill I asked him to correct it he did but added $1004 for a comfort backage without my consent and finance manager never discussed it wi $1000 to the bill I asked him to correct it he did but added $1004 for a comfort backage without my consent and finance manager never discussed it with me then I discovered it later when I reviewed the paperwork. Also he said the car comes with weather mats but the car was delivered without them, when I called him about the comfort package he told me to talk to finance. Finance explained the package and asked me to stop by to pick up a copy of the package and the weather mats, so despite I was told mats come with the car I ended up paying for it and $ 1004 was added to final price. More
