I had a 9 am appointment. While waiting they took 2 other people before me who didn’t have an appointment. I asked if someone could drive me home, I was told no, they were short handed again It took them 3 hours to finish my car, in that time no one came to give me any updates I only knew they were done because I saw my car in the parking lot More

Not happy with the outcome of the visit but more upset with the way it was handled. Told 2 technicians test drove my car but ZERO miles were put on it! Told I had a dead cell in my battery causing another with the way it was handled. Told 2 technicians test drove my car but ZERO miles were put on it! This is the 3rd car in 5 years purchased here and won’t be a 4th. More
