I felt humiliated, embarrassed and belittled. I have NEVER in 62 years been discriminated against or treated this way. NEVER! The bad taste has since continued to linger. I want to forgive this lady as perhaps she does not know any better OR the expectations of her are too low. I hope this is NOT an acceptable practice at this dealership. More
