The worst place. And liars!!! Stay away from this dealership they have the worst service department I have had a rear speaker issue for over a year and they have replaced it 2 time Stay away from this dealership they have the worst service department I have had a rear speaker issue for over a year and they have replaced it 2 times and still vibrates there solutions was to put padding in the rear “SAY WHAT’ !!!???? $72K car and what to place padding DUH and it is still not repaired so can you imagine if it was a transmission or engine issue they will probably add padding to that also the mechanics can not even repair a speaker. So I called the GM corporate office they said take it to a different dealership Yea OK that was they suggested. They also called the dealership and they said it was fixed so on top of being incompetent add ‘LIARS’ to there resume I will never step foot at this dealership again except when I return the car when my lease is finished thank god that’s in 3 months ( hope they do not put padding in me) I will drop it off and with the malfunctioning speaker good luck to the next person who may get this car. SO STAY AWAY FROM THESES IDIOTS !!! More

Platinum Level Sales Department I would only recommend the sales department which is of Platinum level. Service department lacks integrity to the nth degree. Dealing with Barbara Gen I would only recommend the sales department which is of Platinum level. Service department lacks integrity to the nth degree. Dealing with Barbara Gendler was top notch but beyond her nothing but BS. The shop is an embarrassment to the fine employees I have checked below. More

Courteous and efficient! Service techs are always courteous, responsible and efficient. I recently had a problem with my XT5 cadi and road service was sent to my house very q Service techs are always courteous, responsible and efficient. be fair with your loyal customers overall you did OK. There's a few things you could of done different I think you charged me $50.00 for putting in a battery that i brought in my self overall you did OK. There's a few things you could of done different I think you charged me $50.00 for putting in a battery that i brought in my self and could of put it in my self if i knew you were going to try and charge me $80.00 before I talked to the service agent then you still charged me the $50.00 dollars as i stated before found that to be unfair. Also I do choose to take my car into your dealership because you offer a loaner car that you did provide but got it rubbed in my face when i complained about the charge for installing my battery. Overall you guys do good work and generally I never had an issue before this last time. I do think you should be a little more considerate with loyal customer as my self. Please keep this in mind for the future. More

Quick and Efficient. My car was picked up and the loaner was left with me so that I would not be inconvenienced. Within an hour of my car having been picked up a service My car was picked up and the loaner was left with me so that I would not be inconvenienced. Within an hour of my car having been picked up a service writer was on the phone with me to confirm the service needed and any costs. The very next day my car was back on the road. More
