service was a rip-off even at $0 My experience has been awful. First, when replacing my airbag due to the takata recall, my dashboard was damaged in several places (I was told that “ My experience has been awful. First, when replacing my airbag due to the takata recall, my dashboard was damaged in several places (I was told that “the clips broke”). Mario told me that he would order a replacement dashboard. He did, and after a couple of weeks it came in. Great. I take it in, and I note that the paperwork claimed that the dash was being replaced under the sticky dash recall (the dash was not sticky) instead of because of damage during the previous repair. Fine. They tell me it will be ready at 1 or 2... it was “ready” after 5. And I say “ready” because, once again, my car was in worse shape than it was when I dropped it off. All of the front facing vents on the dash are cracked now and the two side ones are badly aligned within the dash. It’s visually obvious and the one on the passenger side is so bad that the knob to adjust air flow is badly obstructed. Additionally, the lid of my center console was broken when I picked up the car. I’m about as dissatisfied as is possible and will be relaying my concerns to Subaru corporate because I don’t believe that this is the experience they want their name on. Consistently giving my car back in worse condition than it was in when I dropped it off should be unacceptable to the service provider as well as the recipient. More
Excellent I went to Bird Road Subaru for maintenance service for my leased car 2017 Outback. I was greeted by Mr Edgar Paniagua at the scheduled time. The ser I went to Bird Road Subaru for maintenance service for my leased car 2017 Outback. I was greeted by Mr Edgar Paniagua at the scheduled time. The service was excellent , there was not waiting time and the service was finished on the promised time. Mr Paniagua and his staff was courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

BETTER TO GO FROM THE KEYS TO LEHMAN SUBARU. The service at Bird Road Subaru stinks, They never pick up the phone and if they answer they put in hold at a point that they will hung up on you. Do not go to service or parts the service is horrible. I went to get my car serviced at Bird Road Subaru. The first time i was told buy the Mr. Miguel that they where full up at 11:am . The second time i w I went to get my car serviced at Bird Road Subaru. The first time i was told buy the Mr. Miguel that they where full up at 11:am . The second time i went Mr Miguel and Mr. Mike where in an argument. I went to ask to get my car serviced and Mike said to speak to Miguel, Mr. Miguel then said that there was no time for it today, This was at 2:pm on July, 5 2014. I will never go to this dealer again this place is a joke. More
