Mitch is very nice and knowledgeable and the finance guy was very helpful. However, we were not shown the carfax indicating a “moderately serious” prior accident until *after* signing the sale contract “as was very helpful. We are still owed the spare kit I will say the transaction was overall done very efficiently in terms of my time. More
