It was Matthew’s first sale and second day on the job, but he did amazing. His trainer Jacob was also awesome! Everyone was kind, honest, and helpful. They made our experience a smooth one even though it was snowing and the car we wanted to look at was literally frozen solid! They went right to work to defrost it for us so we could check it out. The buying process was excellent. Jeff is knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. After delivery I remain quite disappointed that the damage to the right front end was more extensive Jeff is knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. After delivery I remain quite disappointed that the damage to the right front end was more extensive than described, the photos did not adequately show the damage, and I discovered today that the parking brake on my manual transmission jeep is not functioning at all. I have had the car for two days and I am already encountering costly repairs I was not prepared for considering the price I paid for a 20 year old jeep. I am torn in this review because everyone at this dealership was very nice but I think they could have been more forthcoming about some of the details about this car's condition. More
