I waited forever to get waited on. The office was hot and we waited for 40 min. for the service person to come talk with us. It didn't say anything about a trade-in and financing to be able to purchase the car for that price. My car had been totaled, I had no trade-in nor needed financing, yet was going to be charged a higher price because I had cash. Have never dealt with anything like this. Purchased the car, but what a hassle. More
