Their service dept is incompetent with lousy customer service. On our first visit,we brought our Kia into be serviced on an issue that was under warranty. They thought they fixed it but did not so after service. On our first visit,we brought our Kia into be serviced on an issue that was under warranty. They thought they fixed it but did not so after waiting for hours we took it home only to bring it back the next day and wait all over again. Their waiting room is uncomfortable and the service took a really long time. They are very aggressive about sending SPAM e-mails once you're their customer but one of them was a pretty good deal for an oil change so we figured we'd give them another chance. We couldn't even get an appt. I called around 8am and was put on hold without even being checked on for 15 min only to be hung up on. So I called back at 12:30 to be put on hold for 10 min at which point I hung up and called back to let them know that they had lost my business. The service manager was rude and did not offer any apologies for the poor customer service only excuses about how busy Mondays are. He even admitted to answering the phone and putting people on hold so he wouldn't have to hear the phone ringing off the hook. Really if Mondays are so busy you can't handle it take a hint and get some additional help instead of losing business - DUH. We'll never give them our business again and would encourage anyone who wants competent and polite service to go elsewhere. More
NO! NO! NO! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPT. This is the type of place you see on news reports about bad repair shops. In the space of about 2 months I took my car & jeep to this repair shop. *Tire ro type of place you see on news reports about bad repair shops. In the space of about 2 months I took my car & jeep to this repair shop. *Tire rotations on both vehicles - they left the front tire on my car so loose that it began vibrating. I had to stop & tighten it on the side of the freeway, at night in a cold November rainstorm. That's not all, it ruined my brake caliper and I had to buy a new one. Best of all, when i took the car back to the shop to have them check it to make sure it was on correctly & the weight in place, the charged me for it!!! They did me only somewhat better on the Jeep. They shattered half of my lug nuts and put on cheap ugly ones to replace them. Didn't say a word about it or offer compensation. Other issues: *Took my car in for detailing, they lost a car mat. Did they say anything or pay for a replacement? Of course not! *Took my jeep in to have a tire replaced and the axle seals were mysteriously leaking when I picked it up. *They put transmission fluid in my power steering fluid - which ruined it. Think they took responsibility for that? Nope. Had to replace my power steering pump too. All this happened within the space of about 2 1/2 months. More
I purchased 2010 Optima from Jack Miller, I paid the car off early because i wanted to upgrade to the new 2011 Optima. I requested a refund of the remaining portion of my Gap insurance to put down as a doen off early because i wanted to upgrade to the new 2011 Optima. I requested a refund of the remaining portion of my Gap insurance to put down as a doen payment. It's been 13 weeks now and all i get are excuses. The person in charge of handeling this issue has never call to give me an update. i must do all of the follow-up or they will never call you. I just recomended a KIA to a co-worker who is looking for a new car. Because of my experiance with Jack Miller, they will be going to a diffrent dealer. I work in lagistics and see and meet a lot of people every day, i will never recomend Jack Miller Kia to anyone. When i finally do get my refund, i'm going to try Shanee Mission Kia for all future buisness. More
