Service work, and results I bought a 2011 Kia Rio5 Sx from Jack Miller Kia in Dec.2014, and was very happy. Then in June 2015 my Kia started running rough, little power. I took I bought a 2011 Kia Rio5 Sx from Jack Miller Kia in Dec.2014, and was very happy. Then in June 2015 my Kia started running rough, little power. I took it to Jack Miller, and they told me two of the spark plugs and coils were burned out. The service guy told me that has spark plugs good for 30,000 miles. When I bought this car it had a little over 38,000 miles on it. I feel Jack Miller Kia should have checked this car out before ever putting it on the sales lot. The tune up cost me $207.00. Luckily the coils were covered by warranty. Now less than two weeks later, the engine light is back on. I kind of feel I was sold a lemon, and Jack Miller should take care of this problem at no expense to me. Steve L Tucker 816-284-6376 More

Sales manager insinuated I was a liar by stating (several times) that his employees NEVER made a mistake. They wanted $300 to find out if the only thing that might be covered would be. Seems like they only treat new customers like humans. They also wanted to put in new gm parts and my bill would have been more than the value of my car. Of course they didn't mention that. More

Horrible customer service in their service department. They don't do what they say they do and make you wait over an hour for an oil change. like you have nothing else to do. Chris the manager was RUDE and very Unprofessional and basically called my husband a liar. Will never go back and will encourage people not to spend their money at Jack Miller. I will take my car for any service that is needed to Shawnee Mission Kia. I will not tolerate being treated like that. I am the customer and the service department at Jack Miller needs to remember that the customer is the one that pays the bills. More

I have only taken my Kia Soul to the dealership for maintenance since purchasing it in 2011. I have had nothing be great experiences with the staff and technicians at Jack Miller.
