We decided leasing was more conducive to my lifestyle so I chose a 2017 KIA Forte. It has all the bells and whistles which is a little intimidating but I'll get the hang of it! Service work, and results I bought a 2011 Kia Rio5 Sx from Jack Miller Kia in Dec.2014, and was very happy. Then in June 2015 my Kia started running rough, little power. I took I bought a 2011 Kia Rio5 Sx from Jack Miller Kia in Dec.2014, and was very happy. Then in June 2015 my Kia started running rough, little power. I took it to Jack Miller, and they told me two of the spark plugs and coils were burned out. The service guy told me that has spark plugs good for 30,000 miles. When I bought this car it had a little over 38,000 miles on it. I feel Jack Miller Kia should have checked this car out before ever putting it on the sales lot. The tune up cost me $207.00. Luckily the coils were covered by warranty. Now less than two weeks later, the engine light is back on.
