Fast and Excellent Service I came to Oakes not only because it was closer than my original dealership (Olathe) but because I had a pretty bad experience with the service departm I came to Oakes not only because it was closer than my original dealership (Olathe) but because I had a pretty bad experience with the service department down there. For my first maintenance with them, I ended up waiting there for 3 hours! Even though I had made an appointment. I bought a brand new 2019 Soul from them, yet I was waiting 3 hours for a maintenance? Bah. Not worth it. So glad I found Oakes, never had a bad experience! More

CORVID 19 Ok the only thing that stands out in my mind at this point is with CORVID 19 ALL AROUND KANSAS CITY I didn't see not one EMPLOYEE WEARING A FACE MAS Ok the only thing that stands out in my mind at this point is with CORVID 19 ALL AROUND KANSAS CITY I didn't see not one EMPLOYEE WEARING A FACE MASK NOR SOCIAL DISTANCING a few customers that were sitting in the waiting room with me had on their face mask but none of the EMPLOYEES that I came in contact with had on MASK OR GLOVES therefore I DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE ENOUGH TO TAKE MY CARE BACK FOR SERVICING UNTIL THE CORVID-19 IS CONSIDERED OR EVEN GIVEN A THOUGHT. I just couldn't believe none of the EMPLOYEES IN THE SERVICE DEPT OR THOSE THAT WERE WALKNG THRU THE WAITING ROOM GOING TO THE OTHER AREAS OF THE BUILDING WERE NOT WEARING FACE MASK OR GLOVES. !!!!! More
