The staff service center at Oakes Kia are very easy to deal with. I was able to drop my vehicle off the night before so I wouldn’t have to wait for the work to be done. We had a minor issue (which ended up being our fault), but they provided amazing customer service through it all. They offered a refund for the issue and remained courteous and professional the entire tim but they provided amazing customer service through it all.
