The staff service center at Oakes Kia are very easy to deal with. I was able to drop my vehicle off the night before so I wouldn’t have to wait for the work to be done. I took advantage of the courtesy s deal with. I was able to drop my vehicle off the night before so I wouldn’t have to wait for the work to be done. I took advantage of the courtesy shuttle in order to retrieve my car. I believe the man driving the shuttle vehicle was named Dave. He was very professional and courteous. More

We had a minor issue (which ended up being our fault), but they provided amazing customer service through it all. They offered a refund for the issue and remained courteous and professional the entire tim but they provided amazing customer service through it all. You guys really need to chill on the emails and surveys- this is the 6th email I've received since I've been there. I was in for oil change/tire rotation, had appointment. Got me in on time, got me out 20 m this is the 6th email I've received since I've been there. I was in for oil change/tire rotation, had appointment. This is the second time that I have had an engine replacement to my 2013 Kia Optima, was not happy with my service or the communication either time but especially the most recent.
